British Airways Extends Dubai Flight Suspension Until August 2026

British Airways has confirmed a further extension to its suspension of flights between London Heathrow and Dubai, with services now not expected to resume until 1 August 2026. The move marks another significant blow for UK travellers who had been hoping to visit Dubai this summer, as the airline continues to manage the consequences of ongoing instability across the Middle East.

The disruption began earlier this year when a conflict involving Iran led to widespread airspace closures across the Gulf, effectively grounding international aviation across the region.
