Frankfurt Airport
Frankfurt Airport is Lufthansa's main hub and one of the busiest airports in Europe. The airport has two terminals. Lufthansa and all its subsidiary airlines including Swiss, Austrian Airlines, and Eurowings — operate exclusively from Terminal 1. Terminal 2 is used by other major international carriers.
Frankfurt is a major connection point for Lufthansa's long-haul network to North America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. If you are flying from a UK regional airport, you will most likely connect through Frankfurt on your way to a long-haul destination.
