Istanbul Airport is Turkish Airlines' sole hub and has been ranked the world's most connected airport by ACI since 2023. The airport opened in 2019 and replaced the older Ataturk Airport. It features a modern single terminal with extensive lounge facilities for Business Class passengers and Miles&Smiles Elite members.

Turkish Airlines' in-flight entertainment system is available on most long-haul and wide-body aircraft. Each seat has a personal touchscreen with access to movies in multiple languages including new releases and Turkish cinema, TV series, documentaries and live TV channels, music across all genres, podcasts and audiobooks, plus games and children's content.

Wi-Fi is available on most long-haul flights. Business Class passengers receive 1 GB free data. Miles&Smiles Elite and Elite Plus members get unlimited free Wi-Fi, while Classic Plus members receive 250 MB plus free messaging.

All passengers can use free unlimited messaging apps including WhatsApp, iMessage, and Messenger. Paid data packages are available for those who need more. Turkish Airlines is rolling out free unlimited Wi-Fi for all passengers on select routes.
