Economy Class
Economy Class passengers can carry up to 30 kg of checked baggage under Qatar Airways' weight concept, where the total weight can be spread across multiple bags. One cabin bag up to 7 kg is permitted, plus a small personal item.
Business Class
Business Class passengers are allowed up to 40 kg of checked baggage. Cabin baggage includes two pieces with a combined weight of up to 15 kg.
Infant Baggage
Infants travelling without a seat are entitled to 10 kg of checked baggage. One stroller or carrycot is included, and a car seat may be accepted, subject to Qatar Airways' safety and size conditions.
Special Equipment
Items such as golf bags, skis, bicycles, and musical instruments usually require advance notice. Acceptance and fees depend on the item's size, weight, and route, and are assessed individually by Qatar Airways.

March to May (cherry blossom season) and September to November (autumn colours) are the best times to visit. January and February tend to offer lower airfares.
Peak Travel Periods to Avoid
Cherry blossom season (late March to early April), Golden Week (late April to early May), summer holidays (July to August), Christmas, and New Year drive fares up.
