If it’s a spelling mistake you wish to correct, this can easily be done at no cost over the phone. If you wish to completely change one of the names on the booking, there is a 24-hour cooling off period from the time of booking available with British Airways, which allows you to cancel the booking and get a refund. After this 24-hour period, flight-only tickets are non-transferable, therefore customers will have to cancel the booking and make a new one at current ticket prices.
