Patient,very helpful,inthusiastic,overall Roger is professional.

When I initially rang it was from a groupon offer. However, I spoke to a gentleman called Arthed, we came to a great price and convenient trip for myself and partner. This was a good deal and I the representative gave great advice and found a great deal for us. I have yet to take the trip, however I have trust in the company and my agent that everything will be as it is sold. Would definitely recommend this company to all friends. Thank you.

I saw one package deal on Groupon and called into to check if everything was okay and what was included or not. Thankfully Zack was on the other side to help me get the best value for money package deal and made sure I understood everything. He reassured me about the flight and hotel details and went through everything thoroughly. I can't wait to go on holiday and will review afterwards too.

I personally didn't deal with them my mum did but it seems they did a good job,
apparently took a while to sort it out. Needed a cup a tea after the call booking.
Rony was helpful and finished the deal as best as he could.

Was told I couldn’t get flight times to make holiday worth it so was charged a supplement of £72 per person for flights. When looking online I could get flights for 2 people at that exact price..... daylight robbery!!!!!

What I thought was a good deal ending up costing me double the price. Looking online I could have booked flights and hotel for the price I thought I was going to be paying originally with this deal. Good service from Lauren so I can’t fault her, however there won’t be any repeat business from me

I felt bullied in to changing the dates of what I originally bought via Wowcher so they got more money out of. From there Facebook Im not the only one.

I felt my partner was bullied in to paying more for a change of date and when I called to question it. You said you would call back and you didn't so when I did I got hung up on. From the Facebook group seems you do the same to every one. Awful service

Lauren was really helpful in finding the flights times that I wanted and was generous to even add discount to help with our purchase. She was really helpful and friendly to talk to. She made sure I understood eveything and provided a great service.
