for my wife from London to Nairobi I had so many troubles with other travelagent
on the Internet, they have been to complicate for a booking with a Credit Card which
is International. First they accepted all and three days!! later I got an email
I should send a Banktransfer on that short notice. as they are not accepting an
international Credid Card My Q was then , Why are they on Internet at all
Anyway , you made all possible as you gave me alternates and found solutions, this
is not usual anymore and hard to find some one who takes care about the client Thanks

Recently I booked 3 tickets from Crystal travel and get to speak to different staff
members who deal with my booking up to sending me e-tickets and booking of flight
seats. Staff are all very courteous.
Thank you very much for Ronald whom I speak to on Thursday 14th October who was
very polite and patience with his customer service. He was very thorough in helping
me book 3 flight seats. Although I swop the seats numbers around and change my decision
